What does your Add-In (app) do?
The Monte Carlo Add In for SharePoint Online performs simulations using random number generation to provide a range of likely results and then graphs it in a user exportable format. This is a well known method of doing forecasting and can be applied to virtually any domain.
Does your Add-In send data outside the site or Tenant?
No, there is no data sent outside of the Site Collection or to the cloud. Data privacy is a our foremost concern and there is no need to make external connections of any sort for the app to work after installation.
Do users get technical support?
Yes, our add-in is fully supported and we're ready to respond to bugs , deployment issues and other unplanned events. Our application architect and development team are engaged in a continuous cycle. of app development and deployment. We are also a small US based business and can do conference calls and demos based on our availability.
